Stephan Tennsel CEO Mr. Stephan Tennsel is the Chief Executive Officer, Principal and a Founder of Space Energy along with Mr. Peter Sage. Mr. Tennsel is responsible for the overall operations and business development activities of this rapidly evolving and expanding company. He is responsible for oversight and operations of Space Energy AG, Space Energy Inc., Space Energy Terrestrial Inc. and all other Space Energy Units. Mr. Tennsel is responsible for all investments, finance, operations and compliance matters. He is actively involved in building relationships with Governments, Energy officials and other Space Based Companies throughout the World. Prior to launching a career in business, Mr. Tennsel served in the Swedish Military. Time spent in the Special Forces gave him a foundation that has served him well ever since. Mr. Tennsel is fluent in seven languages, including Swedish, Norwegian, English, Danish, German, French and Spanish. His exceptional communication skills and in-depth understanding of varying business practices cross-culturally makes him highly adept at developing strategic partnerships with the United States Government and several other Major International Governments. Renewable Energy is Mr. Tennsel’s passion and he has long recognized the need for renewal energy technologies and the related business opportunities. After years of research and development and surrounding himself and the company with some of the best minds and experienced people from around the globe he and Mr. Sage established the Space Energy and subsequent group. Space Energy is now the leading private Space Based Solar Power Company and Space Energy Terrestrial is rapidly becoming one of the world’s leading ground based solar power companies with Mr. Tennsel’s leadership and foresight.
Peter Sage Principal, Director of Global Marketing & Communications Peter Sage, Principal, is a Founder of Space Energy and its Director of Global Marketing and Communications. Peter is a serial entrepreneur, having launched, operated and brought to success multiple companies, six of which were large enough to qualify for the Entrepreneur Organisation membership. He brings to Space Energy twenty years of experience in growing fast-paced enterprises, typically by identifying and creating value propositions to leverage relationships and access required resources. As a frequent public speaker on business topics he is well placed to effectively communicate the vision and developments of Space Energy to the rest of the world. Peter is an expert in personal development and a qualified trainer for Robbins Reserach International. He has travelled internationally to mentor and train people from diverse backgrounds (from super achievers and successful businessmen to the homeless, drug addicts and abuse cases) and brings those skills and concepts to the creation and development of the rest of the Space Energy team. He has been featured in various entrepreneurial publications, and was recently nominated for the prestigious "Extraordinary Lives Award" by the largest social entrepreneurs organisation - XL Nation. Peter is a philanthropist and an active supporter of multiple charitable causes and serves on the Board of Advisors for INSEAD - a global top five business school and one of the leaders in the field of entrepreneurship education.
Muzaffar Khan Principal, Board Member Mr. Khan has an extensive background working in hedge funds and leading investment banks and was a strategist for Moore Capital, one of the largest and most successful hedge funds in the world. After five successful years as an emerging market strategist, (during which time his three person team grew assets under management to $1 billion and provided positive returns every year to investors), he retired to become vice chairman of ACOPS which is an international environmental charity. At the same time he was a consultant to the Man Environmental Capital Opportunities division of Man Group Plc, a $75 billion asset management firm. In 2007 Mr. Khan successfully completed a second Master’s degree at the London School of Economics in development studies (economics). His dissertation title was “Dealing with Market Failure: How carbon credits are influencing the investment behavior of capital markets and investment funds”. He is now recognized as one of the world’s leading and most influential experts in the monetization of carbon credits. This year Mr. Khan has also co-authored a book called “Racing towards Excellence” with his mentee Jan Sramek, a Goldman Sachs emerging markets trader. The foreword for the book is written by Sir Howard Davies, ex-head of the UK’s Financial Services Authority and current board member of Morgan Stanley UK.
Fadi Khoury Board Member, Sr. Vice President Mr. Khoury is a Board Member of Space Energy and is also the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Media Publishing & Distribution Group, and Chief Operational Officer of Ismail Khaja & Sons, a group of 52 companies with an annual revenues of over 1.8 Billion AED. He is also a Board Member of Al Ghurair Solaris Middle East LLC (a 1 Billion AED Dubai Transport Company) and Principal, Board Member & Middle East Liaison Officer of Huxley Management Company LLP. Mr. Khoury has a BS in Business Administration/Marketing, a BA in French, and an AA in Management Information Systems. He has served as Director of Sales & Business Development for Coca Cola in Jordan. During his years with Trans Jordan Communications Services Inc. (TJCS), he participated in major financial transactions and established important contacts in several countries including Yemen, Bangladesh, Morocco, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Oman, Egypt, Palestine and Iraq. He has also participated in several multi-million tenders in the Middle East and Gulf Region, including a Telecom transaction in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Khoury has been affiliated with numerous renowned organizations and societies such as the International Who's Who of Professionals (nominated "Man of the Year 2008"). He holds a Diplomatic affiliation with the United Nations Registry, a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Association, as well a member of the Jordan Entrepreneur Association. Mr. Khoury sits on several Company Boards including his current group and recently, he was invited as an honorary BOD member in a 1Billion transportation company with the renowned Al Ghurair Family. Mr. Khoury is considered one of the most prominent business authorities in the region, consulting and being directly involved with a wide network of substantial net worth families, leaders and executives in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Khoury brings an enormous business and networking skillset as well as a different perspective to Space Energy helping bridge our International and multi-cultural relationships and alliances.
