Peter Thomas
With his rich and diverse background, Thomas is credited by associates as being one of the world brand developers for Century 21 Real Estate. He was the Founder and Chairman of Century 21 Real Estate Canada Ltd., which developed into the largest real estate network in the country. At the time he sold the company in 1987, it had achieved $9 billion in annual sales through 450 franchises with over 8,000 sales representatives.

In 1984, Thomas founded Samoth Capital Corporation, a North American real estate investment and management services company (now known as Sterling Centrecorp Inc.), for which he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1984 to 2001.

Thomas has led numerous other significant ventures, including Mystic Tan Canada, and the year 2000 development of the Four Seasons Resort and Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona, facilitated through his US Real Estate Company, Thomas Pride International.

Before becoming a successful entrepreneur, Peter served with the Canadian Army for seven years, seeing action at the Suez Canal as a member of the Royal Canadian Dragoons Reconnaissance Squadron.
John Reynolds
The Hon. John D. Reynolds has joined Lang Michener's Vancouver office as Senior Strategic Advisor. He has nearly 40 years of experience at the highest levels of national and provincial government and in a diverse range of cross-border business enterprises. Mr. Reynolds is thus uniquely qualified to advise corporate and business clients on concerns involving public policy advocacy, natural resource development, and growth opportunities in markets throughout North America, Asia/Pacific and Africa.

With his knowledge of the interrelationships between corporate strategy and government policy in the global economy, Mr. Reynolds is positioned to advise companies of any size that seek to identify and exploit new international market opportunities. He served for three years as Vice Chair of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association- Executive Committee (the first Canadian political leader to hold such a position), making him well positioned to draw on relationships established among the Association's 112 Commonwealth nations, states and provinces. He has also been Vice Chair of the Canada/UK Parliamentary Association's Executive Committee.

Mr. Reynolds uses his first-hand involvement in the domestic political process to serve as an advocate for clients and their business objectives. During his most recent 10 years in the House of Commons, Mr. Reynolds served numerous shadow cabinet roles, was Official Opposition Whip and House Leader, and was elected by the caucus and the Executive Committee as Leader of Her Majesty's Official Opposition. Mr. Reynolds also served as Chair of Stephen Harper's Leadership Campaign and Co-Chair of Prime Minister Harper's 2006 Election Campaign. His nine years of provincial legislative and ministerial experience well position him to help British Columbia business interests achieve even the most complex and sophisticated strategic objectives.
Bill Calsbeck
Bill brings over 25 years of capital markets and micro-cap experience to Ubequity. Bill began his career in Banking and Trust services and after several years moved into the Human Resource field providing consulting services to clients such as the Vancouver Stock Exchange, Expo 86, MDA, and several major financial institutions. His duties extended from executive recruiting and board Member selection to financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising.

Bill brings a great deal of diverse experience to Ubequity, having been involved in a wide variety of industries such as Oil and Gas, High Tech, Biotech, and Communications, and in raising hundreds of millions of dollars for client firms, both in equity and in capital market buying.

Bill works directly with each issuer that Ubequity represents and concentrates the efforts of his West Coast team on areas such as market awareness, liquidity and communications.

Bill continues to sit on several Boards of Directors, supported by Ubequity, to ensure goal congruence between the needs of the investors and the needs of the corporation.
Gil Schneider
Bioteq Environmental Technologies Inc.
Mr. Gil Schneider was Co-Founder, Director, President and CEO of Venturecorp Capital Inc, a capital pool corporation which acquired Biomet Mining Corporation (now Bioteq Environmental Technologies Inc.) Mr. Schneider still holds his original seed share position in the company.

Kinetex Resources Corporation
Mr. Gil Schneider was Co-Founder, Director, President and CEO of FirstGrowth Capital Inc., a capital pool corporation formed on February 10, 2005. The Company acquired Kinetex, Inc., a provider of advanced geophysical services to the energy, metals and minerals exploration market segments. Mr. Schneider continues to serve at present as Director and CEO.

AXEA Energy Inc, Co-Founder and Director, currently serves as CEO and CFO.
AXEA Capital Corp. - Co-Founder, currently serving as Director, CEO and CFO. Post IPO Mr. Schneider holds 25% of the issued and outstanding shares.

G.T.M. Capital Corp. - Director, a Capital Pool Corporation on the TSX Venture Exchange currently seeking a qualifying transaction.

Sican Ventures Inc. - Director and CEO. Joined in 2005 and in December 2008 the Company received Revocation of cease-trade orders from both BCSC and ASC, paving the way for reactivation.

Robert G. Richer
Mr. Richer retired in November 2005 from the Central Intelligence Agency as the Associate Deputy Director for Operations (ADDO). As the ADDO, Mr. Richer was responsible for leading the Clandestine Services' worldwide collection and operational efforts with specific focus on national security priorities and threats. He brought to that position more than twenty years service focused on national collection and operational priorities, the Middle East and the war against terrorism. During his years of service he developed unique relationships with key foreign officials and leaders; particularly in the Middle East and South Asia.

Prior to his assignment as the ADDO in 2004, Mr. Richer was the Chief of the Near East and South Asia Division, responsible for Clandestine Service Operations throughout the Middle East and South Asia. In that leadership role, Mr. Richer directed the Clandestine Service's roles in the prosecution of the war in Iraq, reinforced critical relationships with foreign governments and intelligence services on issues of national importance throughout the Middle East and South Asia, and participated in national security policy deliberations.

Throughout his service with the CIA, Mr. Richer developed close and productive relationships with his United States military counterparts; particularly in the area of Special Operations, the Central Command and the overall war against terrorism. His close ties to the U.S. military were built upon his military service. Mr. Richer enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1972. He was commissioned in 1978 from the enlisted ranks and served on active duty until October 1983. He was recalled to active service in 1991 for Operation Desert Storm. He completed his service with the Marine Corps, while in the reserves, in 1997.

Mr. Richer has been awarded numerous awards and commendations from a number of foreign governments. Additionally during his Agency career, he has received commendations and awards to include the Intelligence Commendation Medal in both 1993 and 1996; the Director's Award in 2004 and in March 2006, Mr. Richer was awarded the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal.

After retirement from the CIA in November 2005 he joined Blackwater USA as the company's Vice President of Intelligence. In January 2007 he assumed duties as the Chief Executive Officer of Total Intelligence Solutions. In February 2008 he left Total Intel to pursue private interests. Mr. Richer currently consults on Middle East and National Security issues.

Steve Harper

Steve Harper is a business executive with over 30 years experience in the global, aerospace, defense and space industries spanning new ventures, advanced programs and production of highly engineered products and systems.   He has successful track records in positions of program management and operations; strategic planning and business development; and corporate development including several M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side and integration).  He has held increasing positions of responsibility in engineering, business development, program management, and product line management with P&L accountability with eight global aerospace primes and OEMs including British Aerospace, Martin Marietta (Lockheed Martin), Kaiser Marquardt, Agusta Aerospace Corporation (Agusta-Westland), and General Dynamics.  Steve is presently the Product Line Manager for Bipropellant rocket engines at Aerojet, which supplies in-space, flight rocket engines to the global space marketplace.  Applications include: the Space Shuttle Orbiter, many of the world’s geosynchronous satellites, the International Space Station re-supply vehicles (the European Automatic Transfer Vehicle & the Japanese HII Transfer Vehicle), NASA’s Cassini mission to Saturn and NASA’s new Orion program.

 

In addition to a strong, business-operations acumen, he is a seasoned technologist with broad engineering experience in aerospace, renewable energy technologies, and spacecraft and rocket propulsion.  His leadership skills encompass tactical and strategic planning, general and program management, budgeting and finance, marketing & sales, and business execution spanning all aspects of operations through delivery and post- delivery support.

Steve has a BSc with honors in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Southampton, UK and an Executive MBA with honors from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington.  He holds a Mergers and Acquisitions Executive certificate from the Anderson School of Business, University of California Los Angeles and is experienced in Lean business practices, Six-Sigma and Operational Excellence.
